Distribution of calcium in Indian Ocean.

Abstract

Calcium content was determined titrimetrically in about; 150 samples of sea water collected from coastal stations (Veraval, Bombay, Ratnagiri, Mangalore, Cochin and Madras) and from IIOE offshore stations. The calcium to chlorinity was found to vary from 0.01756 to 0.02073.
