The Event Manager will make hotel bookings for you. Please indicate your requirement by emailing the Event Manager. The Event Manager will provide you the hotel booking at very special rates, both at the venue and nearby hotels. The prices per day would range from Rs. 1500 onwards.

​Free shared transport will be provided by the Event Manager from the selected hotels to the venue, besides pick-up and drop from airport and railway stations. Local sightseeing tours have been prepared for the participants. Please contact the Event Manager for booking.
